Making the Switch: Why I Upgraded to a Unifi WiFi Network

In February 2023, I decided to dump my Linksys Velop and TP-Link Router to switch to Unifi networking gear, and it's been a dream come true. It's been a little over a year, and my only regret is that I didn't switch sooner.

I started out with:
1 Unifi Dream Machine Special Edition - Gateway (Router) $499
1 Unifi U6 Enterprise Access Point - WiFi $279
Total $778 to get a much better network and whole-house WiFi
