Pain d'epi recipe:
x 400g flour
x pinch of salt
x pinch of sugar
x 1/4 cube of fresh bakers yeast
x 270ml warm water

let raise for 1-2 hours before shaping bread, then bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.

Berry spread:
x cook berries of choice with a bit of sugar until berries fall apart

Butter:
x whip or shake cream until it seperates into butter and buttermilk
x wash butter under cold water, then press until dry
