Before I changed my motors mounts under acceleration the tire near the bad mount would literally JUMP and you will feel it jumping under sudden acceleration. Audi OEM motor mounts will fail after or before 50K miles so it is a good idea to replace them. Check my diagnostic video to access the damage yourself.

The S5 and S4 with 3.0T will experience the same problems, also any recent 3.0T, 2.0T will. Under hard acceleration your car will have some non linear movements mostly up and down, and slightly to either left or right.
