Anterior pelvic tilt…

Having your pelvis and your hips in this position can result in some muscles not being able to work how they should ☝🏽

Many people can develop right inner thighs, tight hip flexors and/or tight IT bands when in this position as these muscles in turn have to overwork 🥵

It can be possible to become aware of this positioning and thus be able to make changes!

The key is consistency and awareness ☝🏽

This exercise can be a great place to start in figuring out your mobility. The standing variation is one of the harder variations. You can also start laying down if you are having difficulty with this position on the wall 🙌🏼

Activity if your core can also help to support the hips- this specific exercise helps to work the core as well.

Aim for 20-30 repetitions alternating arms while maintaining your lower back on the wall.
