A documentary about Salif Ali, the drummer of Bulgarian clarinet master Ivo Papasov's wedding band.
In this interview, Salif Ali shares his biography and маkes an insightful demonstration of his unique drumming style. Footage from a live performance with Ivo Papasov & His Wedding Band is included.

This interview is part of field research related to the dissertation work of Borislav Petrov, a full-time doctoral student in the Department of History of Music and Ethnomusicology. Dissertation topic: "Drum styles in wedding orchestras in Bulgaria from the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century: musicological and anthropological aspects."
