About me:
Hi, I am Elle (She/They)! I am a Mexicana Americana fashion activist that’s 27 years old and living in Chicago. I am a Type A Pisces Sun, Aquarius Moon, and Virgo Rising. I love my alone time as an INFJ-T (90% introverted). I would like to think I'm a ‘deep’ thinker and feeler. I describe myself as a slow fashion activist, environmentalist, and lover of grassroots organizing. I was raised in a frontline, low-income suburb in IL where highways have lined my backyard and factory plants actively pollute my community. I was raised by Mexican immigrant parents who earned low-income salaries their whole life from factory wages.

I also love BOOKS! I especially read social justice books in my free time, and love to spend quality time in nature and with my local community. My spirit animal is a blue/ purple butterfly. I have a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Bachelor's in Apparel Merchandising from IL. I hope to one day publish a book on ethical fashion addressing the importance of cultural identities (such as Latinx citizens) in revolutionizing the fashion industry. In my heart of hearts, I dream of an ethical fashion industry for all.
