Ok, so basically BonBon's nightmare is about Funtime Freddy losing total control, and also himself.

When it comes to Funtime Freddy being around kids in the daytime, he's really friendly and has full control of his actions. Same thing with BonBon... and if something happens he's there to help Freddy calm down.

But lately he has been having dreams in which Funtime Freddy, is not in control anymore, he becomes a dangerous animatronic even with the children... and he's unable to help Freddy, because he hasn't control either.

That's why he's crying and so scared.
