In this session with Keaton Fields, a sophomore DB already holding Power 5 offers, we slowed things down to focus on fundamentals. The goal was to refine his foundation as a corner:

Break mechanics at teach tempo → footwork, body control, and discipline coming out of the break.

Press coverage tune-up → patience at the line, hand placement, and clean technique.

This wasn’t about speed or volume, it was about making every rep a lesson. Building good habits at a slower pace ensures that when the game speeds up, the technique stays sharp.
