At the 126th Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) National Convention, Brenda Bryant, National President of the VFW Auxiliary, addressed delegates one final time with heartfelt reflections on her year of service.

In her remarks, Bryant celebrated the Auxiliary’s accomplishments — including raising more than $370,000 through Operation Bottom Cover — and expressed gratitude to veterans, her fellow Auxiliary members, and VFW Commander-in-Chief Al Lipphardt. She also shared humorous and personal lessons that guided her leadership.

Following her speech, Commander-in-Chief Al Lipphardt and Senior Vice Commander-in-Chief Carol Whitmore joined Bryant on stage to present her with a special farewell gift, honoring her dedication and leadership throughout the year.
