The 1999 World Disco Classic convention was held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Two of the outstanding hustle instructors were Maria Torres and Arte Phillips … both from New York. They put on an exhibition dance. It was executed to a fast tempo of music. Some of their subtle moves were hidden by the speed with which they executed them. A portion of this video is a replay of their moves in slow motion. This footage was take by Gregory Harrison -- a video producer and dance instructor in the San Francisco area.
