Makes ~16 madeleines

lemon Madeleine:
- lemon zest from 1-2 lemons
- 10g lemon juice
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 80g sugar
- 15g honey or agave syrup
- 100g cake flour
- 4g baking powder
- 100g melted unsalted butter (this is the correct amount, there was a typo in the open caption)
- butter (for greasing)

lemon icing glaze:
- ~40g icing sugar
- ~10g lemon juice
