How To:
hole 24" deep, cinder blocks packed with sand, bricks lining bottom
burn fire for 10-12 hours
stop adding logs 3 hours prior to pigs going in
pigs (seasoned, wrapped in tin foil, burlap ((wet)) then chicken wire) into pit, covered with sheet metal, then canvas tarp. Cover edges until no smoke is visible.
uncover after 10-12 hours
