Hey everyone! In this video, I'm going to talk about Orchid seedlings.
If you're a budget gardener then buying orchid seedlings is always a wise decision, but in order to make them thrive you'll need to take care of them properly.
1. When you're buying seedlings(online or offline) always make sure to let the media dry if it's wet and vice versa. Seedlings are very sensitive to ph, so if the water ph changes suddenly they might get a shock which will lead to root rot or seedlings may not survive.

2. Choose a proper place to grow seedlings. Make sure they are getting the right amount of moisture, fertilizer, light, water, and temperature.

3. Do not change their place frequently, always stick to a certain place for their proper growth.

4. Always provide an adequate amount of fertilizer on a weekly basis. Seedlings are nutrient hungry so in order to grow them you'll need to fertilize properly. But initially, NPK 20 20 20 is sufficient when it comes to chemical-based fertilizers. However, you should use seaweed-based fertilizer and any kind of organic food.

5. Do provide RO water or it would be best if you give them rainwater.

6. Orchid seedlings are not so strong when it comes to disease resistance. Pest is not a big issue but fungus is. So use fungicide twice a month.
