How to make a Tuna Tail Trophy!

This is a DIY video i made to share how i make a tuna tail trophy from my biggest Bluefin Tuna (173lbs.) I am no expert, but I've made many of these trophies from my prized fish and this method seems to work pretty well as a way to keep the tail, which usually gets thrown away, as a memorable keepsake.
