Описание к видео Relieve Tension in Hands & Wrists with this Mini Movement Break

Here's a 90-second mini movement break for your hands and wrists! This can be a lovely way to relieve tension during long days of typing or writing.

1) Circle the wrist both ways
2) Squeeze fingers together making a single point and pull the fingers towards the elbow
3) Flex the wrists with arms out on the sides (lift fingers upwards)
...REPEAT...
4) Interlace fingers into a loose fist and circle wrists both ways
5) Massage the area at the base of the thumb + between the thumb and index finger - hold the pressure at a sore point
6) Inhale: Squeeze both hands to tight fists; Exhale: release (shake hands and wrists in-between rounds) - repeat three times
