You cannot control the number on the scales or the “output” of your efforts. The only thing you can control are the inputs.

The main 4 inputs you can control are
1. The number of calories you consume
2. The amount of exercise you do (I chose walking)
3. The number of units of water that you consume
4. The amount of sleep you get

Trying to control things that are out of our control leads to stress, anxiety and comparison and let’s face it, it’s a waste of time and energy that could be put into those inputs!
