I've been having this issue for a long time now and have tried so many things from reinstalling the drivers for the ReLive software from scratch to changing audio bitrate and bitrate with the video.

*UPDATE: Additional Changes
I use 2 channel-24bits-48,000Hz and select the Realtek audio as the audio capture point from the ReLive settings, using my Sony Gold wireless USB headset creates the static in my recording because of its capped settings from my findings 1 channel-16bits-48,000Hz. My issue is completely fixed now

I hope this works for you because in two days and 15+ recordings it's worked for me.
