HOW TO STUDY FOR THE PANCE?
resources I used:
helpcampus.com (discount code: dani30)
PANCE/PANRE question book
Pance Prep Pearls
Rosh Review

I graduated PA school in August of 2021. Now there is ONE last hurtle to jump through before I can begin practicing medicine.

Pass the boards aka. the PANCE (Physician Assistant Certifying Examination). This exam covers everything in PA school. Needless to say this is the most important exam of my career!

The PANCE is a 300 multiple choice question exam, 5 hours long. Leaving you with about one minute per question.

I first began studying for this exam using the resource helpcampus.com (discount code: Dani30 for 30% off!!) during my 7th rotation out of 9.
I went through the PANCE blueprint using the help campus modules to review the material. After I finished the lecture modules, I began to do practice questions. The first set of practice questions I used were from HelpCampus and were labeled the "mock exams by category". Meaning, all the questions within a single exam covered one organ system at a time. I completed all those questions. I then moved onto the PANCE/PANRE question book. I completed that entire book. I also used ROSH Review, a resource that I used throughout my entire clinical year to study for EORs. I completed about 400 questions on Rosh Review.

I took the PANCE exam on September 9th and received my PASSING scores on September 15th. I am now officially a certified PA! My next goal is to find my DREAM job.
