A short video explaining the Roles, Responsibilities of various ranks on board.
This is my 2nd video.

(Seems I have missed ETO rank, I will make a different video for the ETO rank in a separate video.)

Will improve content & quality in each video.
My intent is to put more practical videos for mariners, be it ship-handling/cargo or ship maintenance.
I regret not recording many videos sharing my past experience, but better late than never.

Few videos i plan is star identification for mariners made easy (modern seafarers use excel & dnt even know more than 2-3 stars) Ofcourse without star identification, you would still become a master someday but when your a sailor.. its a pride to know about sea & stars.
Another video will be tank cleaning to water white standards - helpful for oil tanker guys & wall wash tank cleaning for chemical tankers. I happen to have vast experience in type 2 chemicals & vegetable oil to wall wash cleaning. Will share my knowledge, as well as the basics, remain the same. I won't teach theory, just practical.
