Electric bike 1,000 miles on solar power

This is a solar charger that is small enough to take with you on an electric bike. It will charge the
battery even when in motion but it extends the range only about 5-10% on the best days however
it keeps charging even when stopped. It can be assembled with only a basic knowledge of
electronics however it would be beneficial to have a multimeter tester for checking the circuits
as it is assembled. I am not familiar with LiPO batteries and would love to hear some comments
on their charging peculiarities.

AFTER CHARGING BY SOLAR ONLY FOR OVER A YEAR THE BATTERY SEEMS TO BE FINE.

The small charge controller I bought will not work for mobile operation as even a short exposure
to shadow will cause the controller to "reset" and it takes about 2 minutes to initialize and start
charging again.
