I made these biscuits on a whim because I was in a cottage in Oregon, Illinois and I was craving biscuits and gravy. I'm not much of a baker at all. Actually, I'm pretty bad at it honestly, but these biscuits were surprisingly easy to make. the sugar content makes them feel more like scones than biscuits, which is perfect bc I like them with butter and jam.
