She is a certified EC-Council instructor and official PECB trainer, serving on the EC-Council’s International Advisory Board for the Certified CISO (C|CISO) program, where she contributes to shaping global standards in executive cybersecurity leadership. A respected voice in the industry, Eng. Dina has delivered keynote speeches at major conferences including GISEC, LEAP, and Blackhat MEA, sharing her expertise on emerging threats, digital resilience, and security leadership.
