At the end of the song, Hibari Misora says "Farewell, triangle, until we meet again
Next time, I want to sleep together"
Basically it is supposed to express a profound longing to overcome life's loneliness and sorrow, and someday find peaceful slumber (she says over and over again "Sleep, sleep, my soul"). It, and the song, are supposed to represent the anguish of life and the resolve to live nonetheless. Apparently the last line symbolizes Hibari's own outlook on life, bidding farewell to her own self, hoping for a peaceful reunion in the next life (or future), and finding solace. The line itself comes from a children's song that's basically like a game of connections. So for example "Goodbye triangle, hello square. Square is tofu, tofu is white, white is rabbit" and so on. So if anyone can think of some symbolism then thank you.
