Meet 22-year-old Tina Dabi, topper of Civil Services Examination 2015.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared results for the civil services examination 2015 and Delhi's Tina Dabi tops UPSC Exams in her first attempt while Jammu and Kashmir's Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan gets second rank.
22-year-old Tina Dabi is a pass-out from Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. This is consecutively second time when Delhi aspirant topped the Civil Services exams.
