Packrafting New Zealand’s Hollyford Pyke loop

The Hollyford-Pyke loop is an awesome packrafting trip. It was our first one (definitely not the last!) and thankfully Tomás has quite a bit of experience kayaking rivers so we felt confident in a double. We did this trip over 6th to 11th April in 2023.
Day 1: Road end to McKerrow Hut but it was full of hunters and they didn't want the extra company so Logan jet boated us over to Demon Trail hut
Day 2: Demon Trail Hut to Martins Bay (We had friends working at the Private Lodge there which was beautiful!) and we got to go on a little tour of the lagoon on the jet boat
Day 3: Martins Bay to Big Bay.
Day 4: Big Bay to Olivine Hut
Day 5: Olivine Hut to Hidden Falls Hut
Day 6: Hidden Falls Hut out
