In Power Book 2 Ghost one of the big threats this season in Ghost Season 4, is Detective Don Carter. Not only is he a dirty cop, he wants to control every drug dealer in the city with a massive 35% cut. So, in this breakdown, I run through Detective Carter's story arc in a bit more detail with Tariq vs Carter, how I believe he's the big bad of the season and the villain that Tariq really needs to worry about, perhaps even more so than Noma in Book 2 Ghost. But, come the end, will Tariq win? I think he'll need to tap into all the good parts of Ghost and all the bad parts of him, and so I think he needs to ask himself, what would Ghost do in this situation against someone like Carter in Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4.
