Here’s a detailed recipe for Delicious One-Pot Hyderabadi Tehari:

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 4 cardamom pods
- 3 cloves
- 1 small piece of cinnamon stick
- 1½ tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 1½ tbsp full-fat plain yogurt
- 250 g mutton, cut into pieces
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1½ tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1½ cups basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes
- ½ tsp shahi jeera (caraway seeds)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- Additional chopped coriander and mint for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Spices:
- In a large pan, heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil.
- Add the sliced onions, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Sauté until the onions are golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

2. Cook the Masala:
- Add ¼ cup of water to the pan.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger pastes and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the Kashmiri red chili and turmeric powders, mixing well.
- Add the chopped tomato and 1 tsp of salt. Continue to sauté until the oil begins to separate, about 3 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add Yogurt and Meat:
- Reduce heat to low, add the yogurt, and then increase the heat to medium. Stir well until the yogurt is well combined.
- Add the mutton pieces and sauté for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Mix in the green chilies, mint, and coriander.

4. Cook the Mutton:
- Add 1 cup of hot water and simmer until the meat is tender, about 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

5. Add Rice and Simmer:
- Add the soaked basmati rice to the pan, stir well.
- Add 3 cups of hot water, shahi jeera, an additional tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of lime juice. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

6. Final Seasoning:
- Stir in 1 tbsp of ghee, ½ tsp of garam masala powder, and some fresh chopped coriander and mint.
- Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

7. Serve:
