GENERAL REQUIREMENTS​
1️⃣ Must be a licensed RN.​
2️⃣ Have at least one year of current and consistent post graduate nursing experience in a hospital with at least 80 beds.
3️⃣ Experience must be in an acute care inpatient clinical setting.
4️⃣ NCLEX or IELTS is not needed to apply to Avant but is always an advantage. ​
