This powerful guided meditation to meet your spirit guide will help you connect to your guides and receive their wisdom, messages and insights.

This meditation takes to on a journey - first to a place of deep relaxation and then on a guided visualization to meet your guides (you might also refer to them as angels or guardian angels). You might like your journal close at hand to make note of any insights you receive.
