Описание к видео Historic iron scow in the Niagara River has broken into several pieces

A piece of Niagara Falls history could soon be washed away by the raging river. The iron scow which has sat at the brink of the falls for over a hundred years is falling apart.

Recent changes in ice conditions on the Niagara River have caused damage to the century-old shipwreck at the brink of the Horseshoe Falls. The iron scow has been stuck in the same spot since August 6th, 1918.

Adam Atkinson reports.
