Soup the Eastern Rosella, Parrot Care, and My Illness(es).

Big (gentle) hugs to those of you who have been patient with my slightly less edited video, pyjamas, and extended ramblings this week.

On to the fun stuff! In this video you get to learn a little bit more about Soup the Eastern Rosella, rosella diets, keeping parrots enriched and entertained, and safe wing clipping (whether or not you clip is up to you and should be done safely by a professional if you do chose to clip). Soup is a really sweet girl, so I'll put up a few more lighthearted videos of her in the future, this one is a great big intro + parrot care + fatigued lady.

If you are wanting to google my illnesses, I have (hypermobile) Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Again apologies if I'm rambling a bit in this one, it's been a long week in terms of pain but I wanted to at least give you something to watch.
