Through its Committee on Economic Revitalization, Goderich continues to delight customers following an F3 tornado that hit Canada's Prettiest Town in the summer of 2011. Let us delight you. Rediscover Goderich on Ontario's West Coast,today!

ABOUT THE VIDEO
1) The intro clip shows the F3 storm approaching the beach in Goderich on August 21, 2011.

2) Almost one year later on the same beach we have the children who's families lost their homes and even their livelihood. One year later they thank Canada for helping Goderich rebuild for the bright future.

3) Culbert's Bakery established since 1877 was shut down for many months and reopened on May 11, 2012. On opening day,the lineup stretched around the corner of Waterloo Street.

4) The first couple recently moved into their beautiful home on the west side of Goderich.

5) The second family just moved into their new home on the east side of Goderich.

6) Sifto Salt mine was the first building to be hit by the storm. Here we have the salt miners coming up from the shaft. They lost a co-worker, Norman Laberge, from the storm.
7) Mayor Deb Shewfelt stands on West street, which has had wonderfully recovery since August 21, 2011.
