Alexee Trevizo: Detective Interviews Charge Nurse | Baby found in hospital trash

On Jan 27 2023, 19 year old Alexee Trevizo went to Artesia General Hospital in New Mexico with her mother for back pain. While admitted she secretly delivered a baby boy in the restroom and placed him in a trash bag in the trash can. The baby boy was later found deceased by hospital staff.

Hospital staff discovered she was pregnant from urinalysis upon being admitted but according to hospital staff Alexee claimed she hadn’t had intercourse and didn’t know she was pregnant.

May 10th she was arrested and is being charged with first-degree murder, or alternatively abusing a child resulting in death, and tampering with evidence

After a recent hearing, the court allowed for Trevizo to be released from jail, with restrictions.

Trevizo was allowed to attend school and graduate
Judge ordered Trevizo to attend counseling.
Trevizo is not required to wear an ankle monitor or be under house arrest
