I flew to Dallas, Texas to try the world famous BBQ brisket at TERRY BLACKS BBQ. During this trip you’ll see the behind the scenes of how the pit master cooks the Brisket, Pork Ribs & Beef ribs. I order 1 lbs of brosket, 1/3 lbs sausage, Mac n’ cheese, Strings beans, Beans with a side of 2 Loaf bread slices.

This BBQ set my standards for BBQ and until I try better BBQ it will hold the number 1 spot in my books until then.
