Today, I want to discuss how to start a lead gen agency using Google My Business listings as your lead generation asset. 😛💪

While I’m not opposed to paid traffic sources like Facebook, I’ve personally witnessed the power of local search traffic and many of my clients generated multiple 6-figures as a result of the traffic they generated from GMB listings. 👌😎

In short, a Google My Business listing is a mentioning of someone’s business in the Google map pack which ranks in the Google search results for local searches. ✍️

The first step is to find 3-5 local businesses that need help with their lead generation. Start there. 👀 🧠

Once you have found several businesses to work with, it’s time to start creating the Google My Business profiles for your clients.

In order to create a GMB listing, you need the business name, address, business category, hours, website, and phone number. ✍️ 🙏

To make $100 per day online with a lead gen agency, you need to verify your client’s Google My Business listing using postcard or phone verification. Once verified, you can move on to the next step… 🧠😚

The next step is to add a meaty description to the GMB profile giving clarification to prospects. I recommend adding a photo, logo and 5 – 20 photos. Presentation is everything and prospects will be more interested, if the presentation is done right. 👍🤩

In order to rank a Google My Business listing at the top of the local search results generating traffic from all kinds of search queries, it’s important to post to your GMB listings regularly. 🗣🧠

Post a minimum of 3-4 times a week, better daily. ✍️ 🙏

Each post should be based on a problem that people have in a given industry. You can have a look at the people also ask questions to find questions that people have and base your content on the question. This is an effective strategy to create results for your lead gen agency and clients. 🙌🧠
