Osage Recurve Selfbow Build

This week my oldest boy Coye is building his own Osage recurve selfbow. He's outgrown his last traditional bow and, with some bow hunting trips coming up, he needed a new one. He shows how to build a selfbow from start to finish, including tillering, cutting the nocks in, and finally shooting his new bow. Building a wood bow from a stave isn't hard, it just takes some practice. We're just getting ready to head out hog hunting now and both kids will have their bow and arrows along. With us luck!
