We do triage and analysis of device #17 in our "eBay38" project where all devices did cost about $1 on average. This one turned out to be HTC 8X (PM23300) smartphone, and it runs Windows! So let's see which condition it is in. If you can help identify any of these devices (if I was unable to identify them, or identified them incorrectly), please post in the comments!

In the current project codenamed "eBay38", we bought 38 electronic devices from eBay for a grand total of $40. Let's see what we've got, and if there is any value here. Stay tuned!
