Ingredients
Frozen potatoes
Onion - 2pcs
Oil - 3tbsp
Salt - 1tsp
Masala - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Chicken powder - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 6 leaves

Preparation

1. Cut the frozen potatoes into small cubes.
2. Chop onion and curry leaves into small pieces.
3. Pour oil into a heated pan.
4. Add onion and turmeric powder.
5. Then add potatoes.
6. Add salt, masala, chicken powder to taste.
7. And then add curry leaves, stir well and remove pan from stove.
8. Fold the spring roll sheet and stuff potato filling.
9. Then deep fry the folded samosa.
10. Finally, serve the delicious samosa with any sauce of your choice
