This particular tea brand is made in Hokkaido where they grow a lot of buckwheat. They are very particular about the roasting process, which is important for bringing out the toasty nutty taste.

Buckwheat tea is a very healthy non-caffeine and herbal tea that you can add a little bit of buckwheat honey to to give it a little sweeter taste.
