دیگدان و تنور - میترا در آیسکریم فروشی بهارستان / Afghan Street Food - Ice cream In Baharistan

سلام دوستا میترا استم!
در این برنامه به بهارستان کابل آمدم تا که طرز تهیه آیسکریم ره به شما نشان بتم. سلیمان جان یکی از آیسکریم فروشان بهارستان تمام مواد مورد نیاز به تهیه آیسکریم ره به مه آوردن که شیرخشک، بوره، هیل، کیله تازه (بخاطر طعم آیسکریم کیله ای) وهمچنان آب بود.

تمام این مواد ره داخل یک سطل انداخت و به توسط یک میکسر خوب صحیح مخلوط کرد و در آخر اوره داخل سطل مخصوص آیسکریم انداخت و به طرف دستگاه آیسکریم برد تا که یخ شده و آماده خوردن شوه.
کار ما با جورکدن آیسکریم خلاص شد و د آخر دو آیسکریم عادی و کیله ای مزه دار ره خوردم که شیرینی مزه و سرد بودن شان باز هم یک طعم خوش ره به خاطر مه ماندن.

Hi friends, It’s Mitra!
In this episode of Degdan wa Tanor I went to Kabul Baharistan to show you how the Ice Cream is made. Suliman Jan one of the Ice Cream sellers of Baharistan brought me recipes needed to make Ice Cream and the recipes were milk powder, sugar, cardamom, fresh bananas (to make banana flavor) and water.

He put all of them inside a big bucket and mixed them all with a mixer. After mixing them he put it all in Ice Cream machine special buckets and took it to the Ice Cream machine to make it cold and ready to eat.

We were finished with making the Ice Cream and at the end, I tried two tasty Ice Creams; one regular and the other one with Banana flavor, the sweetness and coldness of those two Ice Creams made an unforgettable taste for me again.
