The Board also discussed the NWNW Coalition, including the District 4 Neighborhoods meeting on January 4. Juliet Hyams provided an update on the City of Portland Charter Reform Transition, including progress on charter reform. Michael Viera's Communication Committee Report touched on the Steel Bridge Skate Park proposal and Parks SDCs. Tanya March presented the Parks Concerts and Events Committee Report, followed by Greg Theisen's Planning Committee Report with an update on the Crisis Center proposal at 17th and Thurman.
