Recently I met made a video with Rocky bro, I asked him as fitness coach what will be the best way of workout for the elder people, for that he said, Walking is good for them, but if their weight is high they can go for cycling, Cycling is one of the best exercise for the elder people. So, as per his advice Today I got a new bicycle for my parents and I also planning to go to my gym in this bicycle guys.
