my true breaking point.

'repetition drives you crazy'. the perfect way to describe this grind. when i started grinding this almost a month ago, i expected it to be bad, but i never thought it would be THIS bad. the only reason i was playing this is because i promised my friend ezio i would do it as my last terri (in progression of course). i quickly got insane progress, getting f5 and a run from f6 - f9 end. i thought this would be a quick grind. no. one thing you should know about me is that i am horrible at thin studs. not even like 'oh yeah i suck lol' like im actually terrible at them. i just dont get the strats. knowing that, i want you to just think how good i was at the 30ish thin studs on f5. yeah i sucked. i got there multiple times and just couldnt do them consistently. i got a few 6 runs but i never really learned the strats for those thin studs. i wanted to quit, but i felt compelled to keep going because of just how consistent i was and to not break my promise with ezio. the gameplay is so bad. you can probably imagine how bored i was repeating floors 1 - 4, and because of that, i would lose focus and fail even more easy jumps. the biggest problem was just trying to focus. i took multiple breaks and tried playing other towers but nothing seemed to work. i would always fail the thin studs at 5 and just give up for the day. i like to relate my toi grind with doggies grief grind. just failing the easy parts over and over again knowing you could probably beat it already. it wasnt until around the 3rd week of grinding when i started getting 7 and 8 runs consistently. the f5 thin stud patterns were engraved into my brain so i got quite better at them. but still, i would always fail something dumb, and i got insanely demotivated. i did get 9, then clipfarmed and got demotivated. then i gained the courage to continue. still, i sucked, but i found a way to escape f6 which made it more bearable. after countless dumb fails, i reached 9 again. i was so nervous. i mean like you can imagine how much i wanted this to end this after all those fails. i passed the final hard jump, and then reached 10. i spammed my keyboard so much, my recording broke, and i tried fixing it for like 15 mins before giving up and just using my friends recording. thanks nate, i would probably would try to rebeat toi after that.

this was definitely my most hyped win lol. i know this might seem like the longest description ever and maybe lazily made too but this was definitely my worst sc grind ever. no doubt when i say that.
