Ingredients:
1 tsp of cloves
1 1/2 glasses of water
1 thump size ginger ( chopped, the peel contains fiber so don't throw away )
Add both ingredients to a pan - boil for 5-10 minutes, Strain - drink a glass before bed- clove and ginger have a health benefit. Enjoy and let me know how yours came out?
