North Spokane is getting a major new addition just off Division. Vineyard Park North is now under construction near Cozza Drive, bringing a full-scale senior living community to the area.

-A full memory care floor designed for residents who need specialized support
-Nearly 22 million dollars invested into the development
-Built by Baker Construction with design by Blue Architecture and Interiors

Care Partners Senior Living already operates several communities in Spokane, and this new development will expand housing choices for residents who want to stay close to family and medical services on the north side. With commercial growth happening along Division, this project adds more long term residential stability to the corridor.
