Approve a PO
In Zumen there are different POs can be created as follows:
1. Standard PO -    • 12. Creating a Standard PO  
2. Spot PO -    • 13. Creating a Spot PO  
3. Blanket PO -    • 14. Creating a Blanket PO  
4. Blanket Release -    • 15. Creating a Blanket Release  
The fields that you see in the purchase order (PO) depend on how the PO is configured in Admin.

Prerequisite
1. The user should be designated as the approver in Admin. Different approvers can be set for different types of POs, that is, standard, blanket PO, blanket release, or spot PO.

2. A PO should have been routed to you for approval.
