This privately owned home has been nominated for several prestigious builder awards. After falling in love with the Tuscan countryside, the owner recreated a picturesque Italian villa. Features, such as brushed plaster, curved openings, stone façades and single-piece iron railings stand out in the design. To complete the feeling of old world charm, we installed hand crafted beam covers and hardwood flooring made of genuine Vintage French Oak. The daring, curvy hand carved, 4-sided bevel is the trademark feature of our Tuscany™ Collection flooring. The smooth 6-3/4” wide planks were individually hand distressed and hand beveled, dyed and stained by hand in a Custom Bronze hue, then sealed with multiple coats of Hardwax Oil.
