Balmy Summer Breeze - Atelier Ryza 2 Drum Cover

Описание к видео Balmy Summer Breeze - Atelier Ryza 2 Drum Cover

READ THIS FIRST:
First things first, this will not be a perfect cover, and a lot of compromises had to be made. I have a tiny tama jazz kit and don't have the likely 4 extra crash cymbals, 3 toms, and double pass pedal that the drummer in the original recording likely has. Still, I wanted to try doing a cover that was going to be fun to play for me.
There are a few fairly noticeable goofs, and I am working with equipment I have (read bottom for complete details on what was used), but overall I'm pretty happy with what I played here.
I don't have any videos of me drumming that aren't either really old, have horrible audio(can't even hear me), or are from 100+ feet away. I really want to push myself to do a new cover from (mostly) video game songs that I love, but won't try to do too much given my limited setup. I will get more refined and used to recording over time as I haven't had the chance to play on my own or really any drumset for almost 3 years now thanks to school covid and recording hardware money issues (dang expensive stuff). I'm a little rusty but have seen some noticeable signs of getting back to where I was.

A little about me: -Got this kit around age 8 (I think 2004?) and have used and loved it since.
-I did music in Middle School and High School, plus 3 years of community college and University where I really only played jazz that whole time.
-After having no outlet really for anything besides jazz for 15+ years which I am very tired of (but don't hate), I want to branch my playing out and develop skills in other genres.
-If you see and enjoyed my playing I would be very open to collaborating, because that's what is the most fun part about music to me :) I just hope you'll ignore the mistakes here, I just wanted to get this out sooner than later after a week of technical setbacks.

This song is dope, also. Ryza 2 was an amazing game, and I couldn't get this song out of my head for months. Expect more atelier covers in the future :eyes: (literally the next one actually).
