Banana greek yogurt protein pancakes
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup oats or flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana (optional, may need some milk to adjust texture)
Salt
Vanilla
1/2 scoop protein (optional can use 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness)

chocolate peanut butter shell yogurt bowl:
~⅔ cup vanilla greek yogurt
~ 1 tbsp peanut butter
granola or cereal
~1 tbsp chocolate chips (or around 15-25 chips)
1 tsp coconut oil

In a bowl add greek yogurt, top with some peanut butter, sprinkle with fav granola or cereal, coat with melted chocolate+coconut oil, top w. salt, freeze for 10 mins or fridge for 1-3 hours
