*Instructions*
#### 1. Prepare the Dough
1. In a bowl, combine **warm water**, **sugar**, and **yeast**. Stir and cover, letting sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Add **flour**, **salt**, and **oil**. Mix until the dough comes together, then knead on a clean surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until doubled in size. ⏳
#### 2. Make the Filling
